Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Educational Diagnostician. Do you enjoy working with children? Our benefits package includes:Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance with company contributionRetirement Account with company matchingUnlimited CEUsMaterials stipendLicensure reimbursementGreat Mentorship Program!QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN EDUCATIONAL DIAGNOSTICIANMaster 's degree in Educational Diagnosis, Special Education, School Psychology, or a related fieldValid state Educational Diagnostician certification/licensureKnowledge of special education laws, evaluation procedures, and eligibility guidelinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsIf you do not currently hold licensure in a specific state, the licensing team at PDS will help guide you through the process!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EDUCATIONAL DIAGNOSTICIANAs an Educational Diagnostician, you will spend your day helping students reach their full academic potential by identifying their learning strengths and areas of need. Your expertise will play a vital role in determining eligibility for special education services and supporting individualized educational planning.You will conduct comprehensive psychoeducational and academic evaluations, review educational records, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and prepare detailed evaluation reports.
