Your role is to connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and help them find the right protection for their situation. Licensing support and training are available for qualified candidates. Compensation This is a performance-based opportunity with significant income potential. Earnings vary based on production, consistency, and performance. First-year agents typically earn $45,000–$65,000, and top performers may earn $100,000+.
