About the Clinician's Workday The psychiatrist will provide full-time psychiatric services for a pediatric population ages 6-21 within a residential treatment setting, working 40 hours per week during day shifts. The position involves close collaboration with the treatment team to support care delivery for patients presenting with complex clinical histories, including trauma such as prenatal drug exposure, abuse, and neglect. Approximately 75% of the patient population presents with autism or intellectual disability. A hybrid schedule combining on-site and remote coverage may be available for this assignment.
