Material Handler

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Material Handler positions in Hillsboro, OR. Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment & Inventory Handling - Pick, pack, sort, store, and prepare materials and finished goods for shipment while ensuring order accuracy and quality standards.

• Receiving & Verification - Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, verify quantities and documentation, and accurately process inventory transactions.

• Warehouse Equipment Operation - Safely operate warehouse equipment such as stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks to move and store products.


• Warehouse Compliance & Safety - Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow company procedures while working in room temperature, cold-room, and freezer environments.


Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory control experience.

• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and work comfortably at various heights; forklift and order picker experience preferred.

• Basic computer proficiency, including ERP systems (QAD preferred), Outlook, and shipping software.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 lbs., work in varying temperature environments, and support flexible schedules, shifts, and overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
