CTR Group is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Richmond, VA. Immediate openings and urgently hiring!

Minimum Requirements:

• 12 years of shipping & receiving experience in a manufacturing or assembly department
• Hands?on experience preparing shipments, packing finished goods, and verifying part/component counts
• Ability to read work orders, part numbers, and assembly documentation to ensure correct materials flow
• Experience using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material?handling equipment
• Comfortable loading/unloading trucks and staging materials for assembly lines
• Strong accuracy with inventory transactions, labeling, and basic computer entry (ERP/WMS preferred)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast?paced shop environment
• Reliable attendance and communication with assembly, production, and warehouse teams
