Site Manager Job Overview The Site Manager will direct company programs and implement policy to ensure compliance with contract duties between the company and customer. This role demands a blend of operational leadership, financial oversight, and stakeholder communication to maintain service quality and budgetary goals. Some travel may be required. Responsibilities Plan and develop work schedules; prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes. Inspect and evaluate physical conditions of establishments for compliance with safety, quality, and service standards. Audit and maintain inventories of supplies and equipment; investigate new equipment and methods. Review customer service requests to determine root causes, types of malfunctions, and coordinate resolutions. Implement organization policies and goals across the site. Analyze budget requests to identify cost‑saving opportunities. Promote services to develop new markets, increase market share, and strengthen competitive positioning. Assist in plans, budgets, schedule modifications, cost estimates, bid sheets, and contracts. Ensure the site meets budget goals on an ongoing basis. Support long‑range planning, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements for process improvements. Coordinate program specifications, proposal and contract requirements, and related documentation. Compile data for preparing estimates and maintain financial reporting on labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, billing, and forecasting. Maintain a safe work environment for self and employees and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.). Direct supervisory management in support of facilities programs. Act as liaison among company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors. Maintain contract and contractor status databases; review and respond to contractor communications. Conduct and attend meetings to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and employees. Assist with human resource concerns and issues. Travel may be required. Supervisory Responsibilities Interview, hire, plan, assign, and direct work for subordinate employees. Conduct performance evaluations, reward, and discipline employees. Address complaints and resolve problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four‑year college or university. 2–5 years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver's license. Bilingual language skills a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer service, problem solving, and time‑management skills. Project management, planning, presentation, interviewing, coaching, and training skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Ability to respond to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, and the business community. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, employees, and the public. Physical Demands & Work Environment Requires frequent sitting and talking or listening. Must be able to lift and move up to 35 pounds. The work environment involves regular interaction with customers, clients, and employees. Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $70,000 per year. Comprehensive benefits package is available.
