Roles and Responsibilities Administers medications and treatments under RN supervision per policy. Measures vital signs and reports changes. Advocates for patients and practices ethically within scope. Maintains clinical competence and required education. Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team. Documents thoroughly in EMR/Point Click Care. Communicates condition changes to nursing staff and RNs. Participates in unit councils and staff meetings. Required Skills and Experience Graduate of a nursing program. Current NYS LPN license. CPR/BLS certification. Preferred Skills and Experience Prior patient care and customer service experience. Physical Requirements May require lifting up to 50 lbs., may require sitting or standing for long periods; must operate equipment. Location and Travel Requirements Onsite – Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility – 220 Steuben Street, Montour Falls, NY 14865. Pay Range Disclosure $26.15 – $37.00 per hour.
