Responsibilities Provide information about company products and services to customers. Support outreach and customer engagement initiatives. Assist with promotional activities and community events. Build positive relationships with customers and visitors. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team. Maintain organized records of communication activities. Collaborate with team members to support outreach goals. Represent the company during promotional events and public-facing activities. Support daily communication initiatives and team objectives. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
