General Maintenance - Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Pool, Appliance, repair and installation. Mechanical skills to diagnose and repair problems. Carpentry experience with power tools. Interior/Exterior work from ladders at times. HVAC experience/certification would be helpful. Reliable transportation, Clean Record, and Work Ethic required. M-F standard hours.
