Job Description
Overview: Nova Dental Associates is hiring a reliable Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) for full-time or part-time positions. The position offers an hourly rate ranging from $28 to $40/hr, along with up to $10,000 in bonuses, including a sign-on bonus and a $200 monthly retention bonus.
Key Responsibilities: Perform chairside procedures efficiently and maintain a positive rapport with staff and patients. Responsible for stocking treatment areas, cleaning, and setting up operatories. Ensure proper sterilization, biohazard, and infection control procedures are demonstrated in full compliance with protocol.
