• Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
• Help run team meetings, set goals, and track performance against targets
• Gain exposure to territory management, campaign strategy, and day-to-day operational decision-making
• Work closely with senior leadership on your personal development plan toward a management role

Skills You'll Build Sales leadership, team management, recruiting and onboarding, coaching and mentoring, performance management, campaign strategy, territory management, and operational decision-making — the complete toolkit for a management or business-owner career path.

What We're Looking For

• No management or sales experience required — we promote entirely from within
• Ambitious, coachable, and ready to lead by example
• Strong communicator with a competitive mindset
• Comfortable taking on responsibility and giving feedback to others
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
