About Us Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia since 1999, HB NEXT provides innovative SWPPP, NPDES, and safety inspection solutions across the U.S. We partner with clients in residential and commercial construction to help them navigate and comply with complex OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations. Using proprietary technology and a service-oriented approach, HB NEXT supports clients and their contractors through in-depth site inspections, custom compliance training, and consulting services tailored to their unique needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct stormwater and NPDES inspections on construction sites Collaborate with site personnel to ensure compliance with environmental regulations Document findings and provide recommendations using HB NEXT’s proprietary software Travel to various job sites across the region Requirements National or NC Erosion Certification (or equivalent), Charlotte-Mecklenburg certification or the ability to obtain within 60 days (training available through HB NEXT) Prior construction or field inspection experience highly preferred Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset Salary: $35,000 – $42,000 (commensurate with experience) Full-time or part-time opportunities Vehicle reimbursement (fixed rate + mileage) Paid vacation and holidays Health insurance 401(k) with company match On-the-job training (including OSHA, CPR/First Aid certification) Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Work Environment This is a field-based role with most work performed outdoors on active construction sites. #J-18808-Ljbffr HB NEXT Corporation
