Responsibilities Provide one-on-one assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with mobility and lifting as needed Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding as required Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed Provide companionship and social support to clients Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and achieve optimal client outcomes About the Role As a Certified Home Care Aide , you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.
