Job Title: Experienced Construction Handyman / Remodeling Worker
Location: Detroit, MI
Job Type: Full-time / Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
Job Description: We are looking for a multi-skilled and reliable Construction Handyman / Remodeling Worker to help renovate and restore residential homes in Detroit. The ideal candidate should be an all-around worker capable of handling various repair, maintenance, and construction tasks independently, under supervision or with a team.
Key Responsibilities: * Painting, Drywall repair, installing Drywall, demo, clean up, interior/ exterior doors and windows, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sidding, roofing, flooring, cabinets, light fixtures, fence/rail work, molding, trim basic gardening work, brick work, pipe repair, installing fixtures
General Construction & Repairs: Assisting with framing, flooring, tiling, and general home restoration tasks.
Demolition & Cleanup: Helping with site preparation, demolition, and keeping the job site safe and clean.
Requirements: * Proven experience in general construction, home remodeling, or handyman work.
Must have your own reliable transportation and basic power/hand tools (preferred).
Hardworking, reliable, and able to handle physical labor (able to lift 50 pnds)
Problem-solving skills for various home repair issues.
