Compensation Range: $44.00 - $56.50
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Some weekends may be required.)

What You Need to Bring (Qualifications)

• Graduation from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent bodies.
• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• At least one (1) year of experience in the role of Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of the principles and practices of physical therapy.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy assessments, diagnostic tests, skilled procedures, and ongoing evaluations for residents under a medically approved Plan of Care.
• Provide education tailored to the resident’s needs and their environment.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and assessment of the ongoing quality improvement process.
• Ensure personal safety and maintain a safe environment for residents and colleagues.
• Oversee relevant team members.
• Supervise physical therapist assistants as directed and in accordance with departmental policies.
• Evaluate employee performance and conduct timely reviews as assigned.
• Perform additional related duties as necessary.
