Job Summary (Director of Rehab 13-Week Contract)
- Provide leadership and oversight for rehabilitation services.
- Oversee therapy staff, including PT, OT, ST, PTA, and COTA professionals.
- Manage daily operations of the rehab department to ensure quality patient care.
- Collaborate with facility management and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and mentor rehab team members, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor documentation, treatment plans, and patient progress.
- Address staffing needs and facilitate scheduling.
- Serve as the primary contact for rehab services with management and staff.
- Location: 707 3rd Street SE, Cut Bank, MT 59427.
- Contract duration: 13 weeks.
- Experience required: Minimum 2 years in a rehab leadership role.
- Pay rates vary depending on licensure (PT/OT/ST vs. PTA/COTA).
