About the Role

 

We are seeking dedicated and clinically sound RNs to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This role includes intermittent visits, private duty shifts, and care plan coordination. If you're licensed in Florida, reliable, and looking to make a meaningful impact in a flexible per diem role, we’d love to connect.

 

NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments.

Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support.

Monitor and document patient condition and progress Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.

Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA.

Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE VALID RN FLORIDA LICENSE

MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD.

MUST HAVE FLORIDA REQUIRED CEUS.

MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS

MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS) .

MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN ACHA.

MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.

MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
