Acute Care RN - Emergency Services

Acute Care RN - Emergency Services Sign‑On Bonus of $10,000 is available for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications. The RN independently uses the nursing process to safely, therapeutically, and efficiently care for a group of patients. The RN uses information from a variety of sources to assess, plan, implement, identify outcomes, and evaluate the patient’s plan of care. Location : Plainview, Texas. Work Status : Full time, night shift. Shift Hours : 19:00 PM to 07:00 AM. Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs. Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire. National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association within 90 days of hire. National Provider PALS – American Heart Association within 90 days of hire. One year RN experience. Compensation Pay Range: $36.08 – $56.02 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
