Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Tech to support safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environments across our healthcare and housing programs. In this mission-driven, client-centered role, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, and respond to work orders and emergency calls. You will conduct safety inspections, assist with room turnovers and minor renovations, and coordinate with vendors as needed. Working on-site in LSS facilities, you’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to minimize disruption to services while upholding high standards of safety, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.
