Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as required for practice in Colorado
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered interventions

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in group and individual settings
• Document progress, maintain compliance records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide resources, coaching, and consultation to school staff and parents
