Job Details Responsibilities: Manage all phases of civil construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Oversee site development, water/wastewater infrastructure, pump stations, and related civil scopes. Coordinate directly with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Monitor project schedules, cost control, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Lead change order management, pay applications, and RFIs. Ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant PM in heavy civil or infrastructure construction. Experience working on water infrastructure, site development, or municipal utility projects. Proven track record in managing project budgets, cost tracking, and schedule performance. Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, P6, or similar). Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
