Seeking a skilled Power Platform/Power Automate/Power Apps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automating business processes and integrating various platforms, specifically SharePoint and other systems. He/She will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that streamline workflows and enhance collaboration between SharePoint and other systems

Primary (Must have skills)*
• Experience with Power Platform / Power Automate / Power Apps: Proven experience in developing and managing Power Platform, Power Automate workflows, with a strong understanding of connectors and triggers specific to SharePoint and other systems
• Experience with Power Apps: Proven experience in developing and managing Power Apps Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps with a strong understanding of connectors and triggers specific to SharePoint and other systems.
• Proficiency in SharePoint: In-depth knowledge of SharePoint (both Online and On-Premises), including site collections, lists, libraries, permissions, and customizations.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow automation and system integration.
• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Documentation: Strong documentation skills to ensure clear and concise communication of processes and procedures.

Secondary Skills (Good To have)*
• Microsoft Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint certifications are a plus.
• Scripting Skills: Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation purposes.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
