Maintenance TechnicianHiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in the packaging manufacturing industry in Arlington, TX!Salary: $33–$39/hrShift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts, overtime as needed)Location: On-site (Arlington, TX)Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform planned and unplanned maintenance on production and packaging equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, and drive systemsRespond to equipment breakdowns and complete timely repairsRead and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and work instructionsConduct preventative maintenance and document work in CMMSCommunicate equipment issues and updates with production and leadership teamsMaintain spare parts inventory and assist with ordering as neededFollow OSHA safety standards including LOTO and Arc Flash proceduresMaintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with sanitation standardsEducation RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAssociate's degree or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with PLC systems and AC/DC drivesAbility to read and interpret schematics and technical documentsKnowledge of preventative maintenance practices and CMMS systemsFamiliarity with OSHA safety standards and manufacturing protocolsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warm, humid environmentsStrong communication and teamwork skillsIf you are interested, please apply
