Job Description: We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse Director for a free-standing emergency room in San Antonio, TX. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations of the emergency room Manage and supervise a team of nurses and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care Monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations to promote the emergency room and its services Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage scheduling to meet patient needs Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement Oversee the budget and manage resources to achieve financial goals Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the emergency room Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency room nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to make decisions under pressure and problem-solve effectively Proven track record of successful team management and development Experience with budget management and financial analysis Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as needed Benefits Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company If you are a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse Director looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
