Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Opportunity

Auburn Village has immediate openings for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) at our facility in Auburn, Indiana. Positions available for full-time days (5a-5p) or full-time nights (5p-5a). Base rates between $18 and $22 depending on benefits selected. Up to $2500 sign-on bonus paid out at $1.20 per hour! $4/hour shift differential for nights! Mileage reimbursement for all miles over 20 miles round trip (max 50 miles round trip)! Now offering pay on demand! Get paid when you need it most! Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

• Assist nurses by providing ADL services: bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, etc.
• Document vital signs, weight, meal intake, bowel and bladder, etc.
• Assist with restorative nursing duties
• Answer call lights promptly

Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensed in the State of Indiana
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Must speak, read and write English
• Knowledge of JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH and HFS regulations
• Long-term care facility experience preferred
• Must have a good attendance record and longevity at previous jobs
• Basic computer skills
• Personable and professional
• Must maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
