QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Three (3) years’ experience working in employee and or labor relations with emphasis on generalist functions.
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation and other specialized training preferred.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Effective oral and written communication along with excellent interpersonal, organizational and coaching skills.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
- Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without accommodation
