• Monday through Friday
• Saturday - 7:30 AM - 12PM
• Full-Time
• Must be able to reliably commute to or reside in Dothan, AL 36303, on-site position

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Communicate with staff and clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Converse effectively and efficiently regarding client parts status
• Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to clients
• Review body shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate
• Provide high-level service to both internal and external clients
• Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
• Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order, if necessary
• Ensure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders
• Receive payment from retail clients or obtain credit authorization

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety and including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Prior auto parts sales experience
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion)
