Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract opportunity runs from August 26th, 2026, through June 10th, 2027, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact during the academic year. You’ll collaborate closely with students and educational teams in an on-site setting, with hours structured at 37.5 per week across standard school days.

Essential Qualifications:

• Active SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Valid educator certifications for school-based practice
• Experience or a strong passion for working in educational environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload
• Adaptability and resourcefulness to respond to evolving school and student needs
• Flexibility to work across multiple schools, as assignments may vary
• Readiness to complete required prescreen interviews within the requested timeframes

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct assessments and deliver individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to advance student goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate case records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the multidisciplinary team
• Serve as a resource for staff on communication strategies and accommodations
• Assist with scheduling, caseload management, and support for students across age ranges
