Position Summary: The Storage Consultant will be primarily responsible for identifying prospective customers' needs and recommending appropriate storage options while ensuring a high level of service to current tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer case professional and take enormous pride in a job well done.
• Identify prospective customers' needs and offer storage solutions.
• Provide a high level of service to current customers.
• Assist the Property Manager with collection of past due accounts.
• Maintain facility cleanliness - storage units, property and front office.
• Perform light maintenance as needed.
• Other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 1-2 years of retail or storage experience required
• Highschool graduate or GED required
• Customer service experience Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with tenants, guests, and co-workers.
• Flexible with your schedule, including weekends - Must be available to work on Mondays
• A sense of energy, passion, integrity, honesty, dependability, and personal responsibility
• Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be within commuting distance to the facility

Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically | Visually look at a computer for extended periods | Able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time | Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside | Repetitive hand motions, such as typing | Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 25 pounds.

Compensation:

Part-time Hourly Pay Rate | $15 to $17 - Commensurate with experience
