Fairview is located just 20 miles from metropolitan Davidson County. It offers a quiet, rural atmosphere with a strong sense of community, while also having affordable housing compared to nearby areas in Williamson County and easy access to Nashville. It offers great outdoor recreation, especially Bowie Nature Park, and being part of the highly rated Williamson County school district.

- Residency training obtained at an ACGME or AOA accredited family medicine program
- ABMS board certified/board eligible in family medicine
- Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
- DEA with full prescriptive authority
- Interest in providing full range of care for adolescents through geriatrics
- Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care

- 1 primary care physician and 3 advanced practitioners

- Outpatient only, no call (APPs take office call)
- Schedule M-F, 8a-5p

- Fully accredited, 157 bed regional medical center offering a full array of services including cardiology, diagnostic imaging, emergency, inpatient rehabilitation, oncology, orthopedics, surgical and women's services
- 5,800+ patient admissions, 51,000+ ER visits
- Our satellite campus, TriStar Natchez, offers imaging and oncology services as well as a 24/7, full-service ER that provides the same services as our main campus emergency room
