Overview National Harbor, Maryland – Executive Host within the International Marketing team. Deliver exceptional guest experiences, build lasting relationships with casino clientele, and ensure seamless service from arrival to departure. Responsibilities Evaluate customers’ casino activity to provide corresponding incentives and, when authorized, approve comps and allowances (e.g., room, food, beverage, event tickets, promo chips, free play, airfare, or discounts). Assist in maintaining and developing the property’s customer base through meetings and interactions with customers. Ensure customers from assigned regions are greeted upon check‑in and check‑out and provide personalized service throughout their stay to their satisfaction. Process customer reservations using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA, and PATRON management systems. If authorized, grant marker authorization limits to qualifying customers. Attend special event functions to promote marketing efforts and greet customers. Maintain highly confidential customer information, enforce privacy, and limit requests for guest information in accordance with company policies. Resolve customer disputes and complaints to the satisfaction of the customer and the company. Comply with all local laws, Title 31, and attend all mandatory compliance and training sessions. Qualifications Prior relevant experience in hotel operations, casino marketing, VIP services, or table games. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese), Vietnamese, or Korean—native‑level or business proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing preferred. Ability to authorize comps and allowances up to approved limits. Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. Ability to work flexible hours and attend special events.
