What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

• Help with meals, light housekeeping, and daily routines

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Support mobility and ensure client safety

• Offer medication reminders

• Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities

This isn’t just task-based care, this is relationship-based care.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience

• Someone reliable. Showing up matters in this role

• Strong communication and a calm, professional demeanor

• A genuine desire to help others live comfortably at home

• Valid driver’s license, vehicle and auto insurance

Schedule Options

• Weekday shifts

• Weekend availability (high demand)

• Full-time & part-time opportunities

We work to match you with clients near you whenever possible.

Pay & Benefits

• $18.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Bi-weekly pay (Fridays)

• Direct deposit or pay card options

• Paid orientation and ongoing training

• Mileage & parking reimbursement (100%)

• Paid sick time (after 90 days)

• Referral bonuses
