Help students discover their voices as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist serving a dynamic school environment situated near Odessa, DE. For the 2026/27 school year, you'll provide support across a high school caseload as well as two preschool caseloads, making a meaningful impact on learners at pivotal stages in their development. This full-time assignment spans 37.5 hours per week and presents the unique opportunity to deliver services both in-person and through teletherapy modalities.

Ideal candidates bring diverse experience across the SLP spectrum—including SLP-CCC, healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, and school-based practice. Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply, as supportive mentorship is available for those embarking on their career.

What we look for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• State SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Awarded or in-progress Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY status
• Experience with pediatric populations, especially in school settings
• Teletherapy experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments, diagnoses, and therapy for high school and preschool students
• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Delivering direct and consultative services in-person and via teletherapy
• Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Educating and supporting families and school staff on speech-language development
