We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support a team by delivering financial insights, building models, and helping leadership make data-driven decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with 2-5 years of experience looking to expand their analytical skill set, gain visibility with leadership, and play a key role in driving business performance.



What You'll Do

• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives
• Analyze business performance, revenue trends, customer metrics, and operational KPIs
• Partner with marketing, operations, and business leaders to provide actionable insights
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
• Evaluate new initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities through data-driven analysis
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact the business
• Support month-end reporting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, consulting, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics tools is a plus
• Ability to tell a story with data and influence decision-making
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
