Job Overview Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician position in North Florida. Full-time, 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Visa Sponsorship J1 or H1b visa sponsorship available if needed. Compensation & Benefits Base salary $200,000 per year. Bonus plan. 4 weeks vacation. Health insurance, malpractice insurance, and 401(k) plan. Continuing medical education (CME) covered. Schedule & Call Responsibilities Weekly call for admissions and nurses on call handles first call. One night on call per week via beeper call. Weekend call every 8 weeks to admit patients as needed. Only rounding on own patients. Patient load goal of 20‑25 patients per day. Location North Florida (Tree Capital of the South).
