Lead Information Security Analyst In Cybersecurity As Part Of Identity Access ManagementWells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst in Cybersecurity as part of Identity Access Management. This role serves as a strategic liaison between IAM, technology, and line of business partners, helping drive adoption of IAM capabilities, remediation of access management risks, and alignment to enterprise security controls. The individual will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and IAM partners to understand operational impacts, influence prioritization, and enable successful execution of IAM initiatives across the organization.In this role, you will:Proactively engage business units to identify IAM pain points, adoption barriers, and access challenges across initiativesUnderstand business workflows, dependencies, and access requirements to ensure IAM solutions align with real-world use casesInfluence stakeholders on net new or on material changes to IAM enterprise solutionsAct as a strategic IAM partner for business units, ensuring consistent engagement, alignment, and adoption of IAM capabilities.Gather and translate business requirements into structured inputs for IAM product and engineering teamsTranslate business feedback and access challenges into actionable product insights to improve IAM capabilities and user experienceEvaluate and interpret information security policies, standards, and processes to enable consistent adoption and informed decision-making across IAM initiatives.Advise on the development and delivery of IAM Enterprise SolutionsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsTranslate business feedback and access challenges into actionable product insights to improve IAM capabilities and user experienceServe as a mentor to less experienced staffDemonstrate proficiency in using AI-assisted development and analysis tools (e.g., Copilot and approved code-centric agents)Leverage AI to accelerate system design, coding, testing, analysis, data summarization, and troubleshootingApply strong technical judgment when validating and integrating AI-assisted outputs into solutionsUnderstand and account for model limitations, security risks, and operational considerationsApply AI responsibly in development and production environmentsEnsure AI usage aligns with security, compliance, privacy, and ethical standardsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education5+ years of experience in Information Security with a strong focus on IAMDesired Qualifications:Proven experience supporting IAM onboarding migrations, or transformation initiativesExperience evaluating the business, operational, and control impacts of IAM initiatives across large-scale enterprise environmentsExperience applying enterprise IAM capabilities including authentication, identity governance, privileged access management, MFA, directory services, API access management, and identity analytics to support business onboarding, adoption, migrations, and access issue resolution across cloud and hybrid environmentsStrong understanding of IAM security principles, processes, and best practices such as principle of least privilege and zero-trust architectureExperience managing IAM-related risk, control remediation efforts, and issue resolution activities across business and technology teamsExperience analyzing and interpreting control requirements, policies, and regulatory expectations, and translating them into practical business actionsAbility to influence product roadmaps using data and business impactFamiliarity with Agile or product-driven environmentAbility to assess downstream business, operational, customer, and risk impacts of IAM decisions and initiativesExperience working directly with business issues, applications and product ownersExcellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skillsLocations:300 S Brevard, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202Posting Statements:Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.Required location(s) listed above.
