This role is essential in helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with daily activities and providing companionship. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands
- Observe and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and client status
- Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy
- Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes
- Ability to pass background checks
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a month
