A Cheerleading Recruiting Coach is also well versed in the recruiting process and current on recruiting regulations. A strong desire to guide student-athletes through the recruiting process will be required.Position Responsibilities:Assist NCSA's student-athletes in all aspects of the recruiting processMonitor student-athletes progress and program participationEvaluate student-athletes and match them with college programsHost both personal and group educational classes on timely recruiting topicsConduct extensive phone outreach to connect with members of the NCSA NetworkCoach NCSA student-athletes/families as neededAnswer emails regarding recruiting related questionsHelp student-athletes/families understand the steps they need to take to maximize the recruiting processRetain clientsMaintain a high satisfaction level amongst clientsGenerate client referrals and referral revenueCreate and maintain a positive, productive team orientated departmentKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:The ability to effectively evaluate, teach, communicate, and interview with student-athletesFormer college Cheer coach requiredCollegiate recruiting experience preferredOrganized and detail orientedStrong work ethic with team player mentalityProfessional, friendly phone demeanorBachelor's DegreePreferred Skills:Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookExcellent writing skillsGoal oriented with a desire to succeedAbility to work a flexible schedule (evening and weekend hours will be required)Background Requirements:Requires a background check upon offerSome positions, particularly those that have responsibilities working with student-athletes and supporting IMG Academy on campus with events involving minors, may require a L2 background screen.
