Distribution Project Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Distribution Project Manager to independently oversee moderate to strategic client projects in a portfolio-based role. The position involves end-to-end project delivery, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, and process improvement within the life-sciences distribution sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of moderate to strategic client projects independently from inception through completion
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure consistent execution
• Develop technical and service solutions aligned with client objectives and organizational capabilities
• Lead and support team members through project lifecycle while providing guidance and project oversight
• Implement process improvements and shape client strategy based on project insights

Requirements

• Advanced degree plus 3 years project management experience, or bachelor's degree plus 5 years relevant experience
• Expertise in clinical trials, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Advanced budget management, forecasting, and financial tracking skills
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP regulations and quality management systems
• Proficiency in Salesforce, ERP systems, MS Office Suite, and project management tools
