Full-Time Sales Representative Job Type: RegularWork Location: Kroger 376 - Maineville, OH 45039Overview: Immediate Hire - First Sale Bonus - Paid Training. Join our client, NRG, as a Retail Sales Associate. Promote essential services that everyone needs and help customers lower their energy costs. Responsibilities Work within your local retailer and engage with consumers about NRG electricity and gas. Help community customers lower their energy costs. Uncover consumer desires and overcome objections. Foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees. Welcome and politely offer solutions to customers. Collaborate with your team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate success. Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments. Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest fitting products. Provide information on products and services and help customers make confident selections. Accurately document and report sales. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results. Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations. Maintain a clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable workstation/kiosk. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. No door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing. Performance & Measurement Regular and prompt attendance. Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota or goals. Maintain customer/client satisfaction by monitoring rejection percentage and substantiated complaints. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Six (6) months prior experience in sales, retail, telecom, or marketing. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Benefits Average earnings $800 – $1,000 weekly. First‑sale bonus.
