Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shifts | Expected 36–48 hours/week | Primarily nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), with the possibility of day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff within the ICU setting
• Coordinate patient care with other clinical disciplines to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, implementing appropriate interventions in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification from an approved vendor (AHA or ARC): Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience in an acute care facility setting
