Restaurant Manager We are searching for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in the US. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, strong leadership skills, and excellent customer service abilities. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards Create and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests Monitor food quality and consistency to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop seasonal menus or specials Manage inventory levels and place orders with suppliers as needed Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary Must have legal authorization to work in the US Salary: $1700 per month. #J-18808-Ljbffr GulfDesign UAE
