Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

$62-$65/Hour + Bonus Opportunities | Tuesday-Thursday Schedule

We're seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join a small, tight-knit practice focused on personalized, patient-centered care and strong patient relationships.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
• Complete patient assessments, digital X-rays, and intraoral scans
• Utilize iTero and Open Dental as part of the practice's digital workflow
• Educate patients on oral health, home care, and recommended treatment
• Communicate clinical findings and patient needs with the dentist and team
• Maintain accurate patient charts and clinical documentation
• Follow infection-control protocols and maintain organized treatment rooms
• Maintain a productive schedule while keeping quality patient care at the forefront
• Assist with scheduling patients' next appointments when appropriate

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Dental Hygienist License
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• 3-5 years of dental hygiene experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Comfortable using digital dental technology and learning practice systems
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to a high standard of patient care
