We are looking for a passionate and solutions-oriented professional to join our team as an Application Engineer . In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to support the design and optimization of water treatment solutions, contributing to H 2 O Innovation's mission of creating sustainable water strategies. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will play a key role in developing innovative, high-quality solutions while driving continuous improvement in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

The day-to-day

• Generate technical proposals for pilot systems, service work, new equipment, and system upgrades;
• Generate quotations in IFS for parts and system components by studying existing documentation and historical records;
• Assist in generating content for presentations to customers and at trade shows;
• Collaborate with H2O Innovation Engineering to establish solutions for complex situations supporting aftermarket equipment;
• Assist the aftermarket service team with remote troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical issues;
• Analyze data and support Regional Account Managers in customer discussions;
• Provide some field work to support the Aftermarket team as necessary (<20% travel);
• Bring new ideas and practices to improve current H2O Innovation processes;
• Carry out any other related duties.

The skills we are looking for

• Relevant experience in the fileld;
• Bachelor's engineering degree in a technical field;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Manage multiple tasks effectively;
• Communicate clearly & effectively;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Experience in water treatment is a plus.
