Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

• Actively assisting in surgical procedures by meticulously preparing and organizing the operating room environment
• Maintaining sterile environments while adhering to strict infection control standards
• Effectively handing instruments and supplies to the lead surgeons and their teams
• Managing surgical equipment before, during, and immediately following procedures
• Tracking supplies to guarantee readiness for every operation
• Coordinating seamlessly with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other surgical personnel for comprehensive patient care
• Keeping precise surgical counts and documentation for accountability

Required Education:

• Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary

Mandatory Certifications:

• Possession of current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is essential
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire)
