YesContract Length: 13 weeksShifts: DayShift Details: 10 HoursWeekly Schedule: 40 HoursCertifications:CO RN License or Compact RN License in good standing.BLS (American Heart Association)ACLS (American Heart Association)Mandatory Experience:RN OR CirculatorMUST HAVE ACTIVE ALASKA LICENSEFlu vaccine requiredExperience Required8 years' clinical care or nursing experience, 3 years of which should be in chart review, risk management, or related quality serviceCase Management certification by recognized certifying organization (i.e., NCQA, CCMC) preferred.Bachelor's Degree in NursingCase Management certification by recognized certifying organization (i.e., NCQA, CCMC) preferred.Active nursing license in Alaska required.Agency staff must have an active Alaska license.High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience Required: 8 years' clinical care or nursing experience, 3 years of which should be in chart review, risk management, or related quality serviceSkills / Knowledge:Conducting and reviewing medical records for medical necessity, level of care, and public and private insurance reimbursement.Basic ICD-9 and CPT coding.Regulations as set forth by The Centers for Medicare Medicaid Services.Proficient in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and concepts of disease.Providing effective nursing care, assessing patient situations and taking effective courses of action.Strong written and oral communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with providers, staff, and patients.Get in Touch:We want to hear from you!
