Process Equipment Controller

Overview Equipment Controller/Cleaner is responsible for cleaning all tanks and equipment in the factory. This role is also responsible for the upkeep and scheduling of cleaning equipment. Responsibilities Cleans all tanks and equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures. Cleans factory floors. Works with manufacturing technicians to ensure they have equipment to meet production and schedule requirements. Maintains cleaning records for all equipment. Labels finished product as needed. Maintains clean work areas and ensures that production equipment is clean. Performs preventative maintenance on production equipment as needed. Adheres to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for safety compliance. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. 2+ years\' experience in manufacturing setting preferred. Mechanical skills, with the ability to use a variety of hand and power tools. Building maintenance and repair experience a plus. Work in a results-oriented, challenging environment as part of a team. Strong communication skills. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Possesses a strong attention to detail. Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
