Desired skills and qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligibility for or possession of Michigan SLP licensure (support available for those obtaining MI license before the new school year)
• Open to candidates with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status and experienced SLPs alike
• Knowledge and understanding of school-based SLP practices, IEP documentation, and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for working with K-12 students across diverse backgrounds and communication needs
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K-12 students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine strengths, needs, and eligibility for services
• Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to deliver holistic, individualized interventions
• Documenting student progress, maintaining thorough records, and actively participating in IEP meetings
• Supporting a positive, inclusive learning environment while advocating for each student’s success
