Maintenance Technician (Park Towers Apartments)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Park Towers Apartments in Springfield, IL . You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Hours for this position are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Some overtime may be required on occasion.

Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Turn units

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented

Our commercial division manages 1 million square feet of office space in Illinois. Our related company, Business Cleaning Corporation, provides janitorial service to many of the commercial buildings we manage.
