- Diagnose and repair a variety of automotive issues efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles.
- Supervise and mentor junior mechanics to enhance their skills.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle issues and solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Promptly greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and record detailed symptoms into the management system.
- Calculate labor, parts, and supply costs to create accurate repair orders.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a mechanic.
- ASE certification is preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with automotive repair tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
